唔好以為Micah有D肉地就唔做運動,其實佢日日都有我幫佢做運動, 要去下肚風,如果唔係又百日哭=_=
Bike ride
佢每日朝早換片前, 我都同佢做bike ride,又名bicycle leg(單車腳).
同梗佢做單車腳時, 我會講下相關英文, 例如 “Round and round it goes and where it stops nobody
knows” “faster” “slower”當調轉方向時可以講 “reverse”.
透過運動同呢D簡單既instructions,BB又可以acquire到英文啦 :) 唔好睇少呢D動作, 研究指出, 可以幫到BB發展muscle tone,motor skills同準備好學爬, 學企同學行架

Stretch
另外, 當Micah兩個月, D手腳硬正D時,我會同佢做埋伸展, 例如”One, two ,
three, STRETCH”

Roll-over plan
兩個月大之後, 趁空肚時間,我都會將Micah放係playmat中間,幫佢碌去左面, 返返中間, 再碌去右面, 返返中間.不過佢有時都會嘔返D奶出黎. 呢個exercise可以幫到BB學爬,訓練muscle同埋BB可以探索事物
